Prior to joining Sandia Hearing in 2009, Richard was a factory representative for NuEar Electronics in San Diego. He is also the previous owner of the Hearing Aid Institute in Anchorage, Alaska. Richard specializes in the selection of the best hearing aid for each individual based on their hearing exam and specific preferences. In addition, Richard has shared his expertise with numerous New Mexico residents through presentations on hearing and hearing loss.
